By using ledene-skulpture.com the users are accepting the published general terms and conditions of Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p.
The general terms and conditions were drafted in accordance with the current Slovenian legislation.
Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions on the ledene-skulpture.com website at any time and without prior notice. All the changes are binding for the users.

Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. do not accept any responsibility for the potential consequences of the use of ledene-skulpture.com website and the content included on it. Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. reserves the right to change the content of the website at anytime without prior notice and takes no responsibility for any consequences that might be the result of those changes.
Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. is striving to present the most accurate and up-to-date information, but it does not exclude possible errors on ledene-skulpture.com website regarding prices, delivery dates, product descriptions etc. and does not accept any compensational or any other kind of responsibility for them. The photos of the sculptures are symbolic and do not necessarily represent the actual state (each sculpture is handmade and as such unique).

2. LIMITED RIGHT OF USE

Visitors of ledene-skulpture.com website can use the content of the website solely for their own personal and noncommercial purposes. The content is copyrighted. Any other kind of use, copying, publication or distribution of the website’s content or its parts without the permission of Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p.is forbidden.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

The information the user shares through forms on ledene-skulpture.com or otherwise (through e-mail, over the phone etc.) is confidential and is treated in accordance with the current Slovenian legislation. Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. will protect personal information and prevent its abuse. The personal information will only be used for the purposes the user agreed to.
h2>4. ORDERING PROCESS On ledene-skulpture.com website, the user can purchase or order sculptures presented on the ledene-skulpture.com website. The buyer can give the products to a third party.

Gifts

The buyer can give the purchased products to a third party as a gift. Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p will see to the delivery of the gift to the recipient, while billing the buyer.

5. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

The day, hour and location of the event are subject to agreement, any change regarding the delivery day, hour or location or cancellation has to be submitted in a written form and has to be confirmed by the contractor.
In case of order cancellation:

• up to 60 days before the event, the client is entitled to the return of the whole advance,
• up to 30 days before the event, the client is entitled to the return of 50% of the advance,
• from 30 to 15 days the client is not entitled to the return of the advance,
• less than 15 days, the client is obligated to settle the whole amount.

In case the delivery location or the installation location itself is exposed to unacceptable weather conditions (direct sunlight, rain, wind) and the contractor realizes that the sculpture cannot be installed safely in the given conditions, the ice sculptures WILL NOT BE PRESENTED, and the client’s payment will not be returned.
In case of a higher power that could influence the delivery of the ice sculptures (accident or unsuitable weather road conditions, car trouble, breaking of the ice sculpture…), we accept no responsibility for the potential damages. In this case, the client will be reimbursed in full.

6. PRICES

All the prices are in Euros (EUR). The prices of buyers from the European Union include value added tax (VAT). Buyers outside of European Union do not pay VAT; however, they are required to pay any costs involving the clearance of goods by the import customs, including all the import taxes, in accordance with the legislation of the county of import, of which they are explicitly informed at the time of the purchase.
When buying, the prices and discounts at the time of the placement of the order apply. The prices listed apply until the new price list is published on ledene.skulpture.com

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS

The buyer agrees to the payment of 50% advance of the total amount when ordering. The rest the buyer pays at least 7 days before the event. The payment is made to the bank account no.: SI56 0510 0801 2668 483 at Abanka Vipa d.d., Prežakova branch office. With the payment of the proforma invoice, the buyer agrees to the production and delivery of the ice sculpture.

8. PACKAGINE AND DELIVERY

In Slovenia, the delivery of smaller sculptures, up to 25 kg, is made through Hitra pošta. Monolithic sculptures out of one or more blocks are delivered by Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p.

Abroad, the delivery of smaller sculptures, up to 25 kg, is made through GLS or DHL. Monolithic sculptures out of one or more blocks are delivered by Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p.

Delivery costs are calculated individually, depending on the location of the delivery.

Warning to buyers from countries that are not members of the European Union: the buyers are required to pay any costs involving the clearance of goods by the import customs, including all the import taxes, in accordance with legislation of the county of import, of which they are explicitly informed at the time of the purchase.

Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p. takes no responsibility for potential delays in delivery by the delivery companies.
Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p, can change the delivery price list at any time. Ledene skulpture Rismondo s.p can also choose a different delivery company if that will make the delivery of the product more efficient.

9. CONDITIONS DEMANDED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE ICE SCULPTURE

The contractor agrees with the production and installation of the ice sculptures on the agreed day as specified in the proforma invoice. The installation of the ice sculptures has to be finished by the agreed hour. The client needs to make sure that a person accountable is present or available during the installation. The client is obligated to provide a stable table on four legs for every sculpture, with the agreed carrying capacity. The table needs to be covered to the ground, so that the water container will be hidden. If the agreement covers lighting of the sculpture with LED lights, a 220W electrical cable must lead to the table. If the location of the installation or the table does not meet the above requirements, the contracting team can perform corrections, at the risk of the client, that will meet safety standards. If in the given conditions the basic and standard safety conditions for the installation of the exhibits cannot be met, the client takes full responsibility for any, even material damage.
The client is responsible for the removal of the ice sculpture after the event if over, except if the terms of the agreement state otherwise (additional costs).
The client is also responsible for the return of the borrowed equipment (drainage tanks, lights…), except if the agreement states otherwise.

10. RISKS AND SAFTY DEMANDS

The client is aware of minimal safety requirements. The client is obligated to take percussions against mechanical, water or electrical injuries. The client understands and agrees that decorations (tablecloth, flowers, food…), if placed unprofessionally around or on the drainage tank, can prevent the water from draining properly, which can cause the soaking of the table and floor.
The client sees to sculpture supervision, so that in case of a potential outflow any injuries can be prevented.
After the professional installation of the exhibits the contracting team leaves the showroom and is no longer responsible for the exhibits. The client is responsible for any further changes in the installation and the consequences involved with those changes.

With the payment of the proforma invoice you are confirming that you agree with Agreement on the production and installation of ice sculptures.
